Inspirational designs and illustrations

As an international designer, painter and illustrator, my work transcends many genres, from table and gift ware to fine art and illustration. This web site is designed, therefore, to bring together all of these elements; speculative, produced and published.

These selected images are categorised into the respective areas they were designed for, to aid the viewer, but as much of my work is transitional and multi faceted they are best perceived as a whole. Art and design are inexorably linked, and used in conjunction with each other can often broaden the artists palette and widen the clients perspective. A painting can stand alone as a painting, a one off piece of fine art, but so too can it be  the inspiration for a gift ware range, manufactured and mass produced, and vice versa.
